Our Belief and Mission
We are guided by the belief that people are more comfortable and at ease in their own home and in their normal environment.
Unique Care is dedicated to helping others in the Christian tradition. This means that our aides and staff place compassion, kindness, and gentleness above all else.
Our mission is to provide clients the care that they need in the comfort of their own home by an aide who doesn't have to be there but wants to be there. Our aides are not just caregivers, they are companions that become to feel like family.
The second part of our mission is to have the family members and friends of our clients know their loved one is safe and being cared for. Unique Care offers care you can count on by matching clients with a thoroughly screened caregiver who is prepared to give the individual care that is needed.

Our History
Peggy Offenback, Unique Care's CEO, grew up watching the poor care given to her father who suffered from multiple sclerosis (MS). This inspired her to work as a caregiver while attending Holy Family University to get her degree. Once graduated, she worked hard to open her own home health care company so she could give her father and others the care that they need.
Unique Care started off in a small office in Philadelphia where the office staff were the caregivers and the caregivers were the office staff. As Unique Care's client base grew, more caregivers were hired and Unique Care moved to an office building in Bensalem.
Unique Care has been offering quality service since 1989.
